1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, using our services, or making a reservation at Hotel de l'Aéroport, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Important
These terms constitute a legal contract between you and Hotel de l'Aéroport.
2. Bookings and Payments
2.1. Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- Information provided must be accurate and complete
- A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email
2.2. Rates and Taxes
- Rates are displayed in CFA Francs (XAF)
- All applicable taxes are included in the displayed price
- Rates may change without notice
- The guaranteed rate is the one confirmed at the time of booking

3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Free Cancellation
48 hours before arrival
Late Cancellation
Less than 48h: 1 night charged

3.1. Booking Modifications
- Modifications are subject to availability
- Date changes may incur additional charges
- Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Contact the hotel directly for any changes
4. Check-in, Check-out and Occupancy
Check-in Time
From 2:00 PM
Early check-in possible subject to availability
Check-out Time
Until 12:00 PM
Late check-out possible with extra charge
4.1. Room Occupancy
- Maximum number of occupants per room must be respected
- Visitors must register at reception
- Pets are not allowed without prior agreement
- Additional occupancy may incur charges
5. Hotel Rules
Non-smoking
All rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking
Noise and Quiet
Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
Security and Liability
Hotel is not responsible for valuables not deposited in the safe
Damages and Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for damages to property
6. Liabilities and Limitations
6.1. Hotel Liability
Hotel de l'Aéroport makes every effort to ensure the quality of its services. However, our liability is limited to the following:
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
- Liability for loss or damage of personal property is limited
- We decline any responsibility for injuries sustained outside the hotel
6.2. Guest Liability
- Respect hotel rules and other guests
- Pay all additional fees and services
- Report any issues immediately to staff
- Use facilities responsibly
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (texts, images, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Hotel de l'Aéroport or its licensors.
You are not permitted to:
- Reproduce, distribute or modify our content without authorization
- Use our trademarks or logos for commercial purposes
- Extract data from our website systematically
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
8.2. Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, we commit to seeking an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Yaoundé.
Prior Mediation
We always encourage dialogue and mediation before any legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page.
